Our Spend Alert system provides an automated notification when a pre-agreed limit for a month's airtime charges has been reached. A timely warning to an individual end-user who has been asked by their company not to exceed that level.
And - should the handset fall into the wrong hands, perhaps unnoticed - a sure way of preventing a huge bill being run up before the theft has been spotted and the line barred.
Spend Alert continuously monitors the call spend on all your lines, and provides an automated notification when a pre-agreed limit in respect of month-to-date airtime charges has been reached or exceeded.
Messages can be sent to one or two contacts for each mobile number, typically including the actual user of the handset itself.
Spend Alert is quick to set up, simple to maintain, and is totally free of charge. All that we need is details of the mobile numbers that you wish to monitor, the corresponding email addresses, together with the primary and secondary spend limits at which you would like to receive notifications (e.g. initial £500 and every additional £250). These can be different values for various users, or the same for your entire fleet.
