Ordering your HSDPA Data Card/Modem


How to order - Personal Users / Sole Traders

To order a Vodafone 3G data device please download the Subscriber Agreement below.

You will need to print and complete this short document before faxing or emailing it to us (scanned copy) along with clear copies of the following:

  1. The front of the debit or credit card with which you intend to make the first payment
  2. A single proof of identity (i.e. Passport or Drivers Licence)
  3. A utility bill showing the same address as for the credit / debit card under ‘1’

To avoid any potential delays in processing your order, please ensure you include all of the above with your completed Subscriber Agreement.

How to order - Business Users


To order a Vodafone 3G data device please download the Subscriber Agreement below.

You will need to print and complete this short document before faxing or emailing it to us (scanned copy) with a Purchase Order on company headed paper showing your company registration number. This will allow us to perform an instant credit check on your company.

Payment & Billing

In the case of both personal and business users, the initial charge for line rental will be settled using the debit/credit card you provide on the Subscriber Agreement. Subsequent monthly charges must be settled by Direct Debit – a mandate will be sent with your order for completion and return.

The first payment will be pro-rata from the 1st of the month. For example, if you purchase a data card mid-month, the initial charge would be 50% of the quoted monthly fee.


You’ve sent your order - what happens next?

Once you have sent your order we will immediately begin processing your request.

Orders received before 2pm Monday - Friday will in most cases be dispatched the same day, for  delivery pre-noon the next working day.

 Important – after receiving your order

In ensure that equipment can be delivered as quickly as possible, we are happy to process your  order based on the information sent to us. However you must ensure that the original Subscriber  Agreement (including Terms & Conditions) and the completed Direct Debit Mandate are returned  strictly within seven days. We regret that the service will be suspended if this is not received  within this timeframe.
