skype 3g data card

hi have 3 data card with airtimemanager 3g 27.03 mounth can i use sype with this

At this time it is possible to use voice over IP with a 3G data device. This may change in the future at the discression of the mobile network that provides it. I would never advise someone to purchase a 3G data device solely for the intention of using VoIP.

Simply because the networks could restrict it further down the line. You wouldn't want to be half way through your contract and then find you couldn't use your device for the primary reason you purchased it. In my opnion, VoIP should be seen as an extra thing you can use rather than the focus for buying one.
