Having trouble connecting to a site that was once working?
If you experience issues when accessing specific sites please follow these 3 steps: Clear the Internet Explorer cache
a. with a web page open select tools
b. select the general tab
c. select Delete Files and Delete Cookies Clear the History cache
a. with a web page open select tools
b. select the general tab
c. select clear History Complete a DNS cache flush
a. Select start
b. Select Search or Run
c. Type cmd and press enter
d. At the command prompt type ipconfig/flushdns
Once this has been completed please try to connect to the sites you were previously having problems with.
