Incompatible CALs

Hi All
I downloaded the new Professional Express SRP and 1 free CAL, but when I use it, it says incompatible CAL.
Ive tried downloading another SRP and CAL and I get the same error.
I dont get it.

Are you installing using the BES Professional software or another that you've copied to disc?

Im Installing from a disc that Im using at a client site.

Take a look at the top of the Blackberry Manager screen.
Does it say BlackBerry Professional Software or just BlackBerry Manager?
If its the latter, then you may need to reinstall using the Professional installation file as the user interface is slightly different.
I had a problem once where SBE accepted the free 1 user Professional CAL, but wouldn't accept any further licences.
I had to reinstall using the Professional software to fully accept the SRP, free 1 CAL and another 5 CAL.

I eventually tried what you suggested and now have BB Professional working with all the CALs.
